Man eating carrots is actually improving my skin

I thought this shit was a meme. I used to take a beta carotene pill it didn't effect me much and cost a lot so I stopped. Eating 5 big carrots a day is very cheap but I feel like its effecting my skin a lot.

Also eating high potassium foods like potatoes improves bloating. I think that supplements are great and all for some things but at some point you need to add foods in that are good for you.

Only thing that sucks is carrots taste gross maybe I will make them into some kind of soup with potatoes but raw carrots taste gross and I've only gotten the benefits after eating at least 3 big ones or more

Maybe try cooking them. I know with vegetables they are better digested cooked. Humans have way weaker stomachs then most animals.

This is why raw potatoes vs cooked taste so different lots of foods are easier to process because heat breaks them down more leaving less work for the stomach. Also it can kill defense chemicals
