It's very hard as a man to win in these type of situations though.

If the woman 'disagrees with the court' despite having all the female privileges, what can you do? Get back in court, sue for the 5th time, and so on, and so on?
No you natural instinct is to take responsibility, and take matters into your own hands. Which is a death sentence in modern society. Or a literal death sentence in this case.

In the netherlands it's common now to see court cases again celebrity men in the media. Almost all of them involve a man 'beating' a woman they're in a relationship with. And that going on for several months/years, before that woman goes to the police and suddenly what happened 2 years ago in their relationship isn't okay anymore and needs to be judged by the government. Brutal for the men since they all get jailed and destroyed publicly.
