He ascended for sure, I mean people on here really overestimates surgery. They cannot give you a totally new face. Maybe giants leforte 2 or something can but else if you don't have deformity you will not ascend that much probably

He’s overweight and his jaw suddenly looks defined. Good results. If he loses weight it will be better and no stop daydreaming about a LeFort 1 because you WONT have it.

I got it done and in some cases it's enough but while Im happy with the results I still yearn for bimax. its also better and more versatile than genioplasty which is like the most common surgery for recessed chins and results are always better and sometimes life changing, from what I have seen

already got 2 hard max surgeries and I have an appointment with my doctor tomorrow. I traveled over 500 km to talk to him again. not everyone here is just rotting and not improving there looks
