This is basically what oofy-doofy is.
The guy has so little SMV/sex appeal, that no girl sees them as a potential sexual partner. They don't take their flirting/presence as a threat.
It's also why stacies in high-school treated me way better than average girls. It was basically 'clear' that we were never going to be a thing. So there was no sexual tension/disgust anymore and they didn't have to treat me with disgust.
