Skin produces natural oils if you eat healthy and don’t scrub them off with man made chemicals.God you’re such a retard if you think castor oil or shit like that will be better than ,,chemicals”

You'll age regardless of diet or lifestyle. Age driven collagen loss is imminent, you can potentially further delay it but never reduce it through natural methodsWouldn’t happen with a good diet and lifestyle
Aren’t you guys like 12You'll age regardless of diet or lifestyle. Age driven collagen loss is imminent, you can potentially further delay it but never reduce it through natural methods
He looks good for his age. You’re probably half his age.goatis looks like a fucking leather couch , i inject roids and still have better skin than him
So you admit roids are bad for your skinBlud thinks 150 mg of t is going to this![]()
I'm 18, I'm not too sure where you got that from or why it's relevant. Regardless, my point still stands.Aren’t you guys like 12
If you eat healthy you shouldn’t have to worry about skin until much later.I'm 18, I'm not too sure where you got that from or why it's relevant. Regardless, my point still stands.
Ig , idk how old he is thoHe looks good for his age. You’re probably half his age.
No doubt i mean, idk why anyone would run high dht compounds and ridiculously high doses without 5ars or any physical collagen stimulationSo you admit roids are bad for your skin
I wish, but unfortunately that's not the case. Over time your cells mitochondria will gradually grow less effective and oxidative stress will build resulting in a more aged appearance. No matter how clean your diet is nature will always prevail you and your skin will decline with age. Why not resort to proven man-made "chemicals" rather than simply sticking to the foundations? Your diet should be your base or "minimum", not the entirety of your skincare regiment. If you eat healthy you shouldn’t have to worry about skin until much later.
So you showerPeople really do this?
NahSo you shower
Shouldn’t happen for a long time most people here are young and don’t need to be putting chemicals in their skinI wish, but unfortunately that's not the case. Over time your cells mitochondria will gradually grow less effective and oxidative stress will build resulting in a more aged appearance.
If your skin is visibly aged at 18 then that’s not natural it’s your diet and lifestyleNo matter how clean your diet is nature will always prevail you and your skin will decline with age.
Skin health comes from gut health. Theres no chemicals you can put on your skin to actually make it healthy. Why not resort to proven man-made "chemicals" rather than simply sticking to the foundations? Your diet should be your base or "minimum", not the entirety of your skincare regiment.
