Disabled man who did unpaid binman internship rejected again from job

Bryan Rowe, 21, was twice turned down for the role by Southampton City Council before it claimed he had been rejected in error, inviting him back for interview.

Poor man , he did 9 months of free work hoping to get hired permanently as a binman.

People thinking we do all of this self-improvement just to fuck dumb sluts when in reality if you are ugly you can't even get a job after all this effort ( 9 MONTHS OF FREE WORK BTW).

You could argue that he's disabled and he's not made for this job, I don't think so because in that case dailymail wouldn't bother to write an article on it, he would get a clear rejection as he can't physically do this job and he wouldn't have worked for this long ( 9 months). So I think it's not because of his physical disability.

One wrong thing about a candidate and it's over for him. It could be the degree, the professional experience or even if you have driving licence or not. Being ugly makes you untrustworthy/dumb in the eyes of the recruiter due to the horn effect. You may be the best candidate for the job but one bad thing and it's over in this shitty work market.
