Not that crazy even, it’s just a hug.
I had a known men in telegram,- I also include that he was Russian as usual - and he was apparently homosexual, I was quite surprised, that’s how he looked like tho [ I don’t show his face whatsoever ].
Anyways hugging with friends is nothing surprising also, it’s just a typical behaviour for most people, but I myself see it partially as an sign of homosexuality.

Read the post, I say I know a dude who was homosexual but was later blocked by me, I use this also as example that hugging is not even that bad, but it’s just the opinion of some people.
My opinion on hugging depends, but between men this shall not be an fact, it’s a particularly homosexual form that is used in public.
Even in the Internet you can’t be save, i have seen this by myself as applied latterly .
