Hey guys how to manage insulin resistance due to hgh im scared of insulin resistance as i also have genetic history of type 2 diabetes.

You could try reta, berberine, carb cycling, etc. to try and prevent it. If you are still worried about insulin resistance get a blood glucose monitor and check it while on hgh. If worst comes to worst you can just stop the gh all together .
