My condition keeps improving. I just finished a 10 kilometer run now and I did it without resting. My thighs feel like they're on fire now that I finished. For some reason I can run nonstop without feeling any pain now while in the past just running for a few minutes made my legs hurt like hell.

Now add to it 100 push ups, 100 squats, and 100 sit ups. Be ready to jump on fin tho.

Legit. I feel like I can run forever without resting once at this point.

No kilometers for your face

Legit. If you get used to a certain pace you can run until your head gets dizzy or somethig in your body starts hurting.

The next level now is to slowly increase velocity. That's where things get hard. Every .1 km/h increase is tough tbh.

I'm pretty sure ny biggest problem while running is breathing, because my legs don't actually get tired but I just get fatigued. What should I do?

Do you breathe through your nose while running?

Because you keep rotting on this forum. Go outaide and start with some light training and make your training heavier/harder every time.
I’m working 9h a day, I’m very lazy and also very high inhib

No matter how far or how fast you run you can never run away from your face.

You need to breathe somewhat through your mouth to get enough oxygen ngl.
Even when I don't care about mouthbreathing it just doesnt work

Run more. Do the standard run 1 min - walk 2. Then run 2 min - rest 1. And so on. Until you can run like 10 min non-stop without getting exhausted. Go slowly first. Building your cardiovascular resistance is just like building muscle. Little by little. It takes time tbh. Add some more time every week. Like 30 secs or 1 min. Or increase velocity. 0.1 mile/h 0.2 km/h per week and so on.

I still have to train nonetheless. Tomorrow I will have to run 10 km again.
Shouldn’t you wait a day first and then run again? Give your body time to heal.

Yeah it's been a while since I finished my training for today and my legs still hurt when I try to walk.
