Finally finished talking to everyone and have all the information I need. Took a lot of time but my god I have a headache from all that waiting and shouting I had to do. I haven't screamed this much on the phone in a while. I have completed 4 pages so far with images and screenshots looking good so far but this work is very high cortisol. It seems from the outside like it is easy work and I'm not going shit. Just talking to people and writing stuff
for my case study but damn... I just took a pill for my headache

PM is a decent way to get started in the "managerial" path in corporate (quite a few of the successful CEOs started as a PM I believe).

Those muppets they hired for their technical and customer support themselves have no idea what they are talking about. They kept redirecting me to the website but I kept arguing with them and finally they connected me with their technical teams and they helped me out
