After going to a dermatologist and them telling me I have seb derm, ive noticed my curly/wavy hair is a lot drier and more frizzy . Am wondering if anyone has any good tips on managing seb derm whilst having curly hair? How many times should I be co-washing etc?

I'm gonna be completely honest I have extremely curly and thick hair, I wash my hair once every three weeks and people think I wash it everyday. Idiots. Keep your curly hair hydrated, it takes longer for those natural oils to climb down the strands, wash it as little as you can.

Some science freaks might make some good arguments against me, but it works perfectly for me.

I don't wash the fucking oils out. You need to experiment with your hair. Oils keep your damn hair hydrated too many idiots tell you advice on shit they don't know anything about. Curly hair is not like the typical straight hair most people on this site have, it is thicker and takes longer for oils to build/run down the strands.

Just TRY washing it way less, if it doesn't work, then it doesn't work for you. But I experimented for years and now I fucking slay with the hair. Experiment.
