Make sure you get 1 a size bigger than normal and wear them around for like a week. Then add lifts

With one size up how much lifts inches wise can you add?

With normal shoes I can only fit 1inch (sock lifts) and that is nearly suffocating my foot. I would love to be able to add 2 inches
