i haven’t had proper sleep in 4 days
ir hurts to swallow, breathe deeply, or speak
i lost my voice. i literally can’t speak other than a faint whisper

and i have a big prevention due in front of 35 people today. i can’t skip it because otherwise i will be forced to attend a meeting with my head of department

im worried no one will believe me and think im lying about being sick. the pain is driving me to tears…
