Might look into this, most multi-vitamins are legit junk, I don't mean in the goofy "multi-vitamins don't do shit" nonsense, but I realize the quality control on these multis are peak trash right now.

edit: nvm, that's a euro brand, in the US these guys are selling placebos damn near. Need to find a legit US brand that isn't expensive as hell.

Also guys, pay attention to quality control, in some cases the supplements are actually dangerous. If you don't want to get your stuff tested and are in the US, make sure other people have tested them.

the only two decent multi vitamins I've found so far are vitortho more-1-one and that one, all the others have shit dosing.

and even with these you might still want to add some additional shit like fish oil or zinc.
