None.

The only thing that will happen is you will look closer and closer to chudjak.

Chin can grow at any age, but why would you want it to?

Not really. The chin is obviously a part of the mandible and it does not grow past a certain point but actually lose bone mass during the aging process.
In contrast, the gonion’s or back area of the mandible bone can slightly thicken through continuous chewing over time. Hgh or steroid abuse may be able to achieve chin thickening, even as an adult.
