During puberty what methods and techniques can help gain as much forward projection in the mandible I’m 14 right now

I’m 14 too
Don’t think anything more than puberty will cause a significant change

Class II elastics i asked my ortho to put elastics on my retainers and he agreed without even looking at my mandible
