Mandible growth -

is the "mechanical stimulus" stuff cope? Ive seen so many people say during puberty mechanical stimulus to the jaw can promote growth of the mandible due to consistent stress on the jaw but idk if this is all cope

works no matter how old you are might aswell use gh and androgens and orthodontics during puberty and then after mechanical stimulus androgens and surgery

for me personally i dont see a reason to pin allat as im tall for my age and my skull is decently developed but its just my jaw. Do you know what i can do for mechanical stimulus that wont cause me asymmetry?

all mechanical stimulus will do is grow masseters which androgens do to you wont get foward growth and also theres really none besides chewing

i would pin all that if you want to get a better jaw without implants or djs but u do as you want
