I mean a lot of people oversimplify it to premolar chewing = ccw but for the vast majority it is a very good idea, a lot of people chew solely with their molars and eruption is so uneven their bite ends up being fucked so premolar chewing in that context and changing up force vector helps massively, overall I’ve been doing it and I have noticed ccw but that’s an anecdote so I won’t say its undeniable truth
