Can anyone point me to any good results of Western guys who have had mandible shaving?

I need this surgery sooooo bad but can’t really go off results from Korean patients.

Are you sure you need it? You'd need to be literally deformed for jaw size to be a failo in the west

I'm telling you unless it's cartoon tier, which I've almost never seen on anyone without a growth hormone disorder, reducing it would be a mistake. Plenty of people end up having implants to restore the lost volume.

Just get an implant to make it more angular instead of shaving it off

Just get botox if you think your jaw is big. Because shaving it will be permanent so you should really think about it before you proceed.
