Yo is the only way to fix mandible is surgery ? Or orthodontist can fix it ?

Maybe on those pics it does not look that bad but like I know it’s kinda bad

whole mandible isn't really bad, its straight and optimal, but your chin has some recession.

First would look at your bite, if you have an overbite, that's probably what would fix the look. Braces optimally.

However, chin recession with a perfect bite is possible, and what many people (including myself) have. The chin area of the bone just isn't as projected. Or it could be a soft tissue issue. In that case:

Bonesmash/roids will help obv, make a pretty decent change if in puberty, otherwise chin filler isn't too invasive.
