mandibular advancement vs sliding genio

how do I know which one I need . if lower lip is slightly behind upper, it means you need mandibular advancement right ?

Depends on your bite. If you have overbite then mandible is probably recessed. If you have good bite but the chin is receding then sliding genio

both share similar symptoms like an unpleasant profile and recession relative to nasion, so the only way to tell is for you to post a picture of your profile. if you have a very deep overbite, and your gonions are melted into your neck, you probably need bsso. If your chin lacks any contouring in the mentalis area and just looks flat and snubbed, you need genio. you could need both i think

What if I have an overbite due to crooked teeth, but my mandibular body is large, and doesn't need more growth? Would braces suffice at that point?

If your chin is recessed relative to the nasion despite having good gonion contouring at low body fat and good occlusal relationship, yes you need genio

Looks fine to me tbh. Cant tell if you‘re beardfrauding or not. All you need is rhino. You look pretty good from side and 3/4

Teeth look okay. I think just try out a filler first . If it's good then just do sliding genio. Also trim down that beard. It's looksminning you

yeah i will lol, genio is just gonna give these results right . like projected chin but upper lip in front of lower . i think thats fine, the chin looks really good imo

I think upper lips should be slightly in front of lower lip. Many male models have that. Especially when you have an upturned philtrum.

oh is it i thought lips are meant to align like zayn or gandy etc . like compare gandys profile to salludon his lips and chin are both aligned, looking at it now, his lower third profile mogs salludon imo
