mandibular and zygomatic growth

I am pretty happy with my eyes overall i will attach a pic but i know for a fact my lower 3rd is just underdeveloped my mandibular width is no where close to where i want it i have a muscle disbalance in my master muscles not noticeable only when cheek bite my zygos are not that prominent but i just want advice on how to fix these things open to pharma
