mandibular expansion options

What are some of the few ways to expand the lower jaw/mandible bone borne not stuff like implants and fillers
I am planning to expand my upper jaw with MSE soon so I need a plan to expand the lower jaw too if I only expand the upper jaw, it would be too wide for my upper jaw creating malocclusion.
two ways I could find were MSDO(surgical) and SFOT(good luck getting someone to do this for you)
my bi-gonial also sucks should I just mew and cope with chewmaxxing ?

IMDO, BSSO does not seem to actually grow the bottom palate.

Im currently expanding it with a removable expander.

Most ideal solution would be something like: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8831273/ But none of the people involved in the paper replied to my emails, and i cant find anything on it online.

also, removal expander just moves the teeth around no actual change in bone
