Anyone know if forward mandibular growth is possible at 17.5, and if so to what extent and how can it be achieved?

At 18 (basically 18) all of your facial sutures are long closed, unless by a miracle of God some of them aren't you will not experience forward growth, and any you may get will be very minimal. How could you achieve that? Through correction of your oral habits, but once again, you're probably too old to get meaningful results.
That leaves you with only one alternative
