I have been searching for a while for something related to this but couldnt find anything but on the right side of my face my mandibular joint stick out a bit making my face look a bit bloated even though I am fairly lean. Does anybody know anything about this? Could it be a sign if tmj that I need to fix? Its nothing serious I dont have any pain and any clicking I experienced is pretty rare but its predominantly visible on my right side. I want to know all the methods out there to fix this issues both softmaxes/diy procedures and hardmaxes. It could also be like a lymph node that is more proeminent there but i am not sure.

Could you attach a photo for reference? Are you sure it isnt some type of pimple or just your gonion in general?

i dont really understand what youre talking about but if youre talking about what i think you are then i think you are fine. it is kinda normal and sometimes good sometimes for there to be a bit of space between the tmj and the temporal bone just be careful that you're not jutting or something that is bad for the TMJ

Its like right under the zygomatic arch, its like a lump of mass moving there that is protruding a bit. Its not big deal but if I managed to make that area smaller (i still have a lot of fat to lose so that might be enough) I might make myself more angular . Its not visible on selfies where I look fine though

Most probably yeah. Any home remedies to make the problem just slightly better? Cold exposure seems to solve that problem a bit but not for long
Ill tell you what im doing(since i have it too:feelswah:).
Message masseters, this Is very fucking importante.
Then, do some slow movements, such as:
While keeping the tongue on the roof of the mouth lightly open your mouth as far as you can 2x10.
Side movements(this Is goat), in the side you have tmj move your jaw to that side slowly and keep for some seconda, and a week or too you can use your hand to had resistance too.
And also improve posture

A lump located where the mandibular joint (temporomandibular joint or TMJ) connects the jaw to the skull—just in front of the ear—can stem from several causes, ranging from
benign cysts to inflamed lymph nodes. While TMJ disorders themselves often cause swelling or muscle spasms that feel like a lump, other possibilities include ganglion cysts, salivary gland tumors, or swollen lymph nodes.
I think this might be it, it seems very similar to what I am feeling

It could be Anterior Disc Displacement without Reduction. Its tmj however your disc doesnt slide out and back in but is out all the time. That would explain why there is no clicking. But its realy not noticable in the pictures.

Its either a lymph node or just jaw dislocation. Do you feel pain moving your jaw like when chewing or anything? Does it click? If so then go to a doctor. If its a lymph node its temporary. Try massaging it away or smth, it might go away but get this checked. Thats weird

Even the ones I sent? I just think that if I solved that problem I could get more angular

Really? I think it makes my face look more round
no looks pretty symmetrical on the first look, when i look closely and try to see a difference i see a little bit of sticking out but still its not sticking out so it creates an oval shape like in my situation, yours is very hard to notice, your good.
