I do believe though in not destroying your subconscious by constant negative thinking though, that is real. Limiting negativity and being focused on your goals etc always a good thing

I’ve known people who have done this shit for literal years (try to manifest) on a consistent basis and it’s never worked, they’re tell me to do it too while seeing them fail consistently

Yes monitoring the influences on your own mind is important and there is truth to the idea that your external world can come to reflect your internal reality but its nowhere near to the extent these people think it is

Your external reality is largely a result of luck and overt actions you take, the overt actions you take are influenced by your subjective value system but your subjective value system won't magically change external circumstances that can't be influenced by direct physical action
