Height is the blackpill. Under ~175cm and you’ll get filtered unless you compensate. Lifts = short-term cope. If you’re done coping, there are two surgical routes: Limb Lengthening (LL) and Heel Implants. This is the no-BS breakdown.

🔹 Limb Lengthening (LL)

Method: Controlled bone break + gradual extension (internal nail or external frame).
1756560153118

Pros

  • Permanent height (≈5–8 cm typical; more with multiple segments).
  • True stature—no reliance on shoes.
  • Ends heightcope if successful.

Cons

  • Cost: ~$70k–$200k+ depending on device/country.
  • Time/discipline: months of limited mobility + relentless physio (LDAR).
  • Risks: nerve issues, joint stiffness, chronic pain, bad gait if you overdo it or slack on rehab.

Best for: Legit manlets who can fund it, tolerate pain, and stick to rehab(LDAR).

🔹 Heel Implants

Method: Implant in the heel/sole area to add ~2–5 cm internally.
1756560214198

Pros

  • Cheaper (~$5k–$15k).
  • Faster recovery vs LL.
  • Permanent boost without managing lifts (cope devices).

Cons

  • Limited gains (max ~5 cm).
  • Bad placement can feel weird or alter gait.
  • Scars/implant shift possible.
  • Still gets mogged by LL in raw stature.

Best for: 170–178 cm guys who just want a small passive edge without nuking a year+ on rehab.

⚖️ Decision Matrix

  • <170 cm: LL is the only true exit; otherwise be honest that you’re choosing LDAR (accepting your baseline) or non-surgical cope.
  • 170–178 cm: Heel implants or quality lifts can give you the social bump; LL only if you want a permanent reset and can handle the grind.
  • ≥180 cm: Height isn’t your bottleneck—focus on gym/skin/style/face. Calling it “LDAR” here is just cope; fix the real weak links.

🔑 Bottom Line

  • LL = maximum, permanent gains with maximum cost, risk, and rehab discipline. Not LDAR—this is suffer-now, reap-later.
  • Heel implants = modest, permanent gains with lower cost/risk, but capped potential.
  • LDAR is a choice to accept your lot and stop chasing height—not a synonym for recovery.

TL;DR

  • LL if you’re truly short and willing to grind through pain, physio, and $$$ for a permanent fix.
  • Heel implants if you’re average-ish and want +2–5 cm without pausing life.
  • LL = opting out entirely—don’t misuse it for rehab; LL recovery is rotting.

LL mogs it hard. If you pay 70k for one segment you go to best of the best and for 200k you get quad with parley

Wouldn't heel implants make your feet look retarded?? I feel like were gonna need custom shoes because of our feet.

What if recovery goes wrong and all the time it gonna take ? I am 186 cm i might just get this heel implant and cope with 190 cm(frauded height)

recovery cant really go wrong if you know what to do when you encounter a symtom

ask them to add bone which fuses to ur heel instead of plastic or titanium implants

Holy fk if the bone will fuse to the structure there might be extremely low chances of fuck ups later hmm if it can provide 5 cm it's a good fking deal for tall but no so tall people compared to LL

interested in heel implants as i have fucked up feet with a high arch, terrible gait from genetic condition, and my right leg is 2 cm shorter than my left one making my hips uneven and hard to stand on flat ground. 179cm --> 184 cm + fixing my childhood problems, this may be the holy grail :owo: good post.
