Manlet NEED HELP Framemaxxing

I'm around 5'4 and have around a 19 inch bidelt I also have a 4 inch positive ape index to my knowledge, I think my bidelt is already big compared to my height but i decided not to go with leg lengthening surgery and focus on my face and frame instead, do any of you guys run or know a gym routine that'll maximize my genetic potential for clavicle length before surgery. I'm doing this since growth plates are still open and will do clavicle lengthening surgery to have a frame like aaad. If yall know more about this please let me know. I'm also doing shoulder and back exercises to increase my bidelt just with the muscle.

Also i'm not sure about my bidelt being rare for my height do yall know, I deadass just searched it up on google. But I see I have as big a frame as my friends who are 6ft+ but they eat grainsludge and aren't the most athletically gifted.

if your looking to grow your clavicles focus on shoulder and back movements, specifically side delts and lats. here's a solid split you can follow
day 1: chest and back
day 2: shoulders and arms
day 3: legs
day4: rest
repeat (only hit legs once though, unless they are a priority)
if you want to achieve muscle growth fast focus on getting your protein in (1 gram per lb of your bodyweight) and lift consistently, also train to failure and keep the volume low so that your muscles can recover for the next workout. this is just the basics but feel free to ask questions and I can go in depth on what you need to do

if your low inhib enough i would definetly try to blast 6-8iu hgh for 4-6 months, this is your last chance

I do chest back and shoulders like 4x a week on the same days cus I don't have a job and still in school, I was thinking it would maximize stimulation of muscle growth and bone too while still having recovery.

don't have the money plus I don't care about height that much. I embrace that I am a manlet :feelswhy: what do you think about my frame though

I stuck at 5'6 since 14 until 16 because of my bad sleep and diet and I go to the gym lifting heavy manmade iron. In the late 4 months(with a mid sleep/mid diet) I I noticed I gain 1cm. So I start getting 9h+ of sleep and having good diet(primal diet) I grow from 5'6 to 5'8 in 6 months and I am still growing. Right now I'm 16½ all I'm doing now is just pray that I still grow and I'm a late bloomer + good sleep, good diet, sunbath everyday, not stressing my body and my mind.
