U wont be 4’11 forever but unless you get height from your 6ft Family members it might be over but if you get enough sleep or sum hopefully u can make it to like 5’7+ try hitting the gym tho if your shorter u will fill out your frame easier and excercises will be way easier so you can tell everyone you do crazy weight on an excercise

Depending on your weight and aslong as you arent scared try doing wrestling cus it can raise your smv by a bit if your good at it and in wrestling being a shorter guy honestly works pretty good when your standing up, if u get put in a headlock by chad tho dont blame me Just make sure you get good at it and arent scared if your gonna do it

My grandfather was 6’2, I’m currently 6’0 at 22. I was around 5’2 at 13 years old, I wouldn’t say it’s over for you but you should really try do everything you can to get to a solid height.

Actually yea if u ask for it now u geniunly have a chance of getting hgh prescribed by a professional not even joking, if ur 14 and still 4’11 u have a way higher chance of getting prescribed hgh and if ur 15 and 5’1 or under you can most definetly get hgh prescribed
