DigBar mentions that when he was just a kid in 2012, Randy caught him and ripped off his butt. However, DigBar managed to escape and run back home to his mother albeit without candy and traumatized. As DigBar is singing the song in the present day Randy comes out of no where and catches DigBar and proceeds to brutally rape him before disappearing. DigBar then explains that of Randy gets you there is no escaping and that you will be raped regardless and he’ll “turn your booty into a pumpkin”. It’s reveled that the reason Randy dresses up as a Granny is to disguise himself for unsuspecting victims. Randy later walks up to a group of trick or treaters dressed as an alien, Agent J, Sans, and Miles Morales and looks them dead in the eyes. The group just assuming he’s a passerby greet him and ask how his night is going. However, Randy maliciously smiles and proceeds to brutally rape them all with his “pipe”. The reporter urges everyone to stay safe on Halloween although it looks like nowhere is. Suddenly Randy appears behind the reporter, grabs his butt and drags him into an alleyway (presumably to rape him). DigBar then begins singing that it’s 2023 and Big Dick Randy’s coming back and on Halloween he’s going to be “looking for a snack” and warns everyone that if they see him they need to run. He also reveals that Randy is a staggering seven feet tall. DigBar proceeds to claim that the only way to escape Randy when he catches you is to moan out his name. Once he starts shaking you must break his grip and run away although he will end up taking your candy. However as DigBar is singing Randy himself breaks into the studio and tells DigBar to shut up and there’s no escaping him. Randy then forces DigBar on his lap and grabs his butt claiming that not only is there no escaping him and that this Halloween he’s going to be on a U.S tour in everyone’s city “snatching off butts, taking candy and showing no pity”. Randy then vanishes and leaves a cryptic note behind for DigBar to read. In the note is a message to trick or treaters. Randy also voices a desire to not only rip off DigBar's butt but take the blood from his his butt and make himself some lipstick. DigBar accepts the challenge but decides to take a quick nap beforehand. When DigBar awakens he realized that he overslept and it's already past eight. When DigBar arrives to the park Randy is angered that he's late. However, DigBar rebukes that he's on "his time". Randy claims that he's been waiting so long to take down DigBar having grown tired of his songs and how they warn everybody about him making it harder to rape people. He then takes off his coat grabs DigBar by the throat and gropes his butt. DigBar then concocts a plan to kill Randy once and for all. He's going to lure Randy in by purposefully wearing polka-dot pajamas, twerk in the bed and when Randy emerges he is going to "hit him where it's hurting". DigBar then advises everyone else to lock their doors and windows and not let Randy in.

In BDR returns, Big Dick Randy has indeed returned in 2024, where he's committing the same crimes he has in previous installments, detailed to be wearing the same tracksuit with a tight black shirt underneath. DigBar is completely defeated claiming that he’s shot and him and fought him but nothing else works and has completely given up on trying to stop him claiming that everyone has to “accept it”. Randy even taunted DigBar and sent a message warning that if he’s inside on Halloween everyone he’ll be all right but if not then his “butt going be stretching”. DigBar even claims that he saw Randy taking two butts and dribbling them like basketballs and that he’s not gonna “settle for some of the butt he’s gonna grab it all.” DigBar then starts to believe Randy gets all his energy from adderall and that this will be the last song he sings about Big Dick Randy. At one point DigBar mentions that he witnessed Randy warming up by hitting high knee exercises. However, Randy caught DigBar watching and ultimately brutally raped and beat the latter to the point he was carried away in a gurney.
