Manlets do you measure your height with everyone you walk past?

Because of the shame associated with it. If I ever got it I'd have to run away and start life somewhere else where no one could have known me in my previous life.

Anything below 6'0 is considered manlet. I implore you to start a height protocol. It's very simple. Take 2.5 mg letrzole a day, 25mg ibutamoren a day. Think men of all heights do this but allot of time can make u feel shorter because of ur eyeline. Ive looked at ppl thought they where 2-3 inches taller thn me and then when we stand next to each other Infront of gym mirror im taller.

This goes both ways for me. Like it genuinely pisses me off. Sometimes I think I'm as tall as other people and they're actually taller. All the times I think I'm shorter than people and I'm relieved to find out I'm taller or about the same.

Is there an accurate way? I'm benchmarking my shoulder, their eyeline but it's not accurate.

Nah dnt think there is. Also mood on the day effects it. IF Im In a great mood ill feel taller thn most I walk past its pretty weird compared to day im in a bad mood i feel shorter thn usual. Another thing to add is when u build out ur frame a bit it can make u feel much larger assuming ur average height or near. If ur midgets like trentwins on youtube it wont help and they went overkill so makes u look like a tryhard compensating manlet at tht point.

Think no accurate way without mirror or measuring tape. Even worse if u live in a craphole area like me and the streets and pavements are all uneven.

There will always be someone taller, better looking and better built than you anywhere in the world. You just encounter some of them in your daily life. Accept the mog, inferiority. It applies to everyone even legit Chads.
