was thinking to take modafinil low dose about 50-100mg and maob inhib for extra productivity occasionally

doesnt it cause extremely high blood pressure? both blocks the reuptake of norepinephrine which can cause extremely high blood pressure i only take maob inhib and researching about modafinil
