Mapre or expander

Im going to the orthodontist soon and dont know what to ask for I have a narrow palate and didnt know what would be best fir my looks and would would helo me ascend the most would a 3 way expander be good for forward and side growth and was wondering if that would help my nose be straighter and lift my cheek boses of is the marpe is just better im getting my second faze of braces after the expander or marpe im 15 lmk what would be best

MARPE is an expander. if you already have a wide face i'd be careful with MARPEs, they could widen your bizygos too much and give you a moon face.

My face isnt really wide would the MARPE help lift my cheekbones and make them more visable
