It's pretty know that gym can make you gain muscle, lose body fat, gain strength and everything but I've been wondering how about martial arts? I know that martial arts can boost testosterone, sorry for low iq but I have not made any research about and went to ask my beloved Chad's (jfl), either way I would like you to share your thoughts about if you only had time for one and had to choose what would you rather? Thx for reading and peace in you all souls.



I have a short amount of time since I'm close to graduating and studying to enter a college (just for context)

Gym for muscle and testo> but martial arts give more testosterone it depends on your concentration during the classes.

gym for test, martial arts for confidence

i do both and i recommend both also

personally i do 2 x gym (full body) and 3x kickboxing a week

Best to do both, test & confidence are key.
