First 3 days I could only eat soup and ice cream after that I started eating progressively hard food, couldn't open my mouth that much first week some clicks here and there, burning lower lip discomfort (which I couldn't sleep 1 of days, you have go sleep with head elevated first days) bloat was the worst I thought I made the biggest mistake of my life, also had an average sleep of 2-5 hours a day due to the discomfort, after the first week everything started getting better and better
