Which one is better for BLACKPILLED Bimax?

Obviously Giant Bimax price is way better and they are way more blackpilled.

Here's what I think:

Giant Implants LLC​
Mario Pagnoni ​
Pros:
  • 2k bimax
  • Sells Lefort 3 and orbital box osteotomy
  • Also expert in Custom PEEK Implants
  • Located in Tijuana so also cheap hotel stay while recovering
  • Tijuana is closer to Americancels than Italy
  • Based and blackpilled. So so so blackpilled :feelsohh:
  • Self trained so obviously very passionate
  • Uses 3D planning
  • Uses custom 3d printed titanium plates for bimax so its exactly as planned and a shorter procedure
  • Uses Cell Salvage (Retransfuses your own blood that you lost with a high-tech machine)
  • Uses sterile equipment
  • Can also get cheap shoulder widening for another 2K while I am there
  • Is pretty much a PSL meetup (other blackpilled people will be there) :chad::chad::chad:

  • Uses standard plates that he has to bend to roughly the right shape in the OR

So I think it is pretty clear which one I am leaning towards being the best :feelsping:
