For dysgenic people it might indeed be over soon after 18. But genuinely handsome men with good genetics should look good for decades, typically peaking between their mid 20s and 30s. I wouldn't argue against the average man looking better at 18 than 35, but it's usually the opposite for chads with genuinely good facial development, which takes time to mature.
