Mark-under eye

Recently I got this mark that stained my eyes from my glasses being worn incorrectly, and it has been like this for around 2-3 weeks. It hasn’t gone away, has anyone ever worn there glasses and got like a stain on their under eye?

Btw it’s not eye bags because it happened after I worse my glasses incorrectly, I never had eye bags ever
