here is a pic in the kind of lighting that makes them the most visible. I don't think they are related to age since I remember them from like forever, and when I see guys that are older with nasolabial folds, they have a shape like a line that reaches the mouth, instead of a "triangle" in the corner of the nose. I also thought about maxilla recession, but them I saw many guys with slammed-agaisnt-wall faces that don't have them. Can it be stubborn nasal fat pads? I don't have any fat left in face nor water bloat anymore, but I read somewhere that nasal fat pads can be permanent. I wondered also if they "kill" me too much or if they aren't that much of a nuisance and I shouldn't bother about it. They are more or less visible depending on light, with some lights making them invisible and the one on the pic being the "most visible" one.

not too awful
botox or fillers can fix it but i heard ice cubes can also make them less visible over time

I already got botox for masseter reduction, what does botox do for fat pads? is it safe? I mean I only got the masseter reduction because its not the "ken doll" kind of botox.

Yea i thought after losing weight they would go away but I already have concave cheeks which is the last area to get thinner in face and they are still there.

Try to make less expressions which involves this "muscle"
I had forehead wrinkles because i raised my eyebrows everytime i looked up
Its 60% gone now

You mean expression lines? I don't think i make anyhabitual expression that can exert too much that area But I will take a look at it. I had this since I was a kid so I don't know what could be.

Just wondering how much you eat in your average day? And how physically active you are.

tbh not an expert in the subject but my mom does botox and filler injections and when i created the forms for her patients one of the option for where u could get them injected where in that area

I dunno, how much is "a lot?"

I am normal physically active, walk a lot and all that. Not a sedentary one.

How many calories roughly? Or, if you have no idea, how often do you eat and how much of what? Just curious

dunno, 1-2 times a day epending on how busy. I guess normal in amount, for example 5 eggs in a omelette. I just avoid salt and carbs/sugar as much as I can.
