Let’s talk about Marlon for a moment. Interestingly enough he seems to be the subject of conversation among people who treat lookism as a fad. What is he actually facially and is it all just a halo?
Let’s dive in.
Side Profile:
Ramus:
Extremely short ramus with an unideal gonial angle. This causes higher visibility for his hyoid which in turn ruins his profile.
Maxilla:
No recession in any major capacity. This is a win for Marlon.
Brow ridge:
Although it could be significantly stronger there is no real issue here.
Philtrum to Chin Ratio:
Something that is apparent from his side profile but significantly more so from the front (I’ll get to it later ) is just how suboptimal his philtrum to chin ratio is. His philtrum is over half the length of his chin which is unideal.
Side Profile Rating: MHTN
Front Profile:
This is where things sadly start falling apart.
Ears:
Absolutely the first fallio that jumps out. His ears flare out to the sides at an angle that increases visibility to a severe degree. If he didn’t have Ideal Facial Thirds this would descend him immensely.
Vertical Facial Thirds:
As I just mentioned his facial thirds are optimal. This is good for overall harmony and “appeal”.
Eyes:
Although he has a slight positive canthal tilt with almond shaped eyes, his brow ridge is too weak which allows for an unideal amount of upper eyelid exposure. This mixed with his Eye spacing being far too narrow to be ideal causes a major hit to his facial aesthetics.
Zygos:
Although high set and decently wide, the ratio of zygos to jaw does not allow for an ideal face shape. Wider zygos would be necessary.
Jaw:
Frontally his jaw is good with close to ideal angularity and a square chin.
Front Profile Rating: Chadlite
—————————————————————
Summary:
In conclusion, disregarding height halo due to its irrelevance to PSL and Facial Aesthetics, Marlon is Objectively HHTN - Low CL with definite room to improve if he chooses to go the surgery route. I believe that he is a perfect example of how looksmaxxing becoming mainstream has allowed for confusion and dishonesty in the community. Personal opinion has NEVER been a deciding factor in PSL and analyzing ratios is the ONLY way to score PSL in any reliable fashion.

**Unmentioned facial measurements were taken into account but I can’t be asked to type all that. I decided to only list the most important information for time’s sake**
