MARPE AND BRACES ADVICE NEEDED (GTFIH)

So as I am typing this I just got my braces and marpe installed and it hurts like crazy..it is going to be a 10-12mm expansion according to ortho (holy w)
ADVICE ON WHAT TO AND NOT TO DO PLEASE!!!
