Marpe and Sarpe

Hello, i found an orthodontist that focus on nasal airway.
I have deepbite, crowding on my lower teeth, and a narrow maxilla (my teeth are well aligned but maxilla is narrow)
I also clench my teeth when i sleep.
What can i also say to make sure she considers a palate expansion.
(So difficult to breathe from my nose when i mew)

sleep insomnia, trouble breathing when sleeping, hard to breathe through nose, not alot of space in your mouth ect...
(give me solution if you found it helpfull)
