MARPE at 16

I grew up with poor eating and breathing habits and bad tongue posture aswell as having 4 adult teeth extracted for braces ruining my face, ive complained about it and my pallate is very narrow. Ortho ignored me and same with parents. Recently new ortho took me on as a patient at same location and literally the minute I brought it up he scheduled a consult for MARPE and said he had noticed the narrow pallate. Lets goo

also should i ask for headgear

Binge watch jawhacks , he's a victim of premolar amputation, by what I've seen and heard if you have had premolars removed at a very young age like below age 14 it might genuinely be cooked as your tongue most probably have no room to sit for further development after braces, if that's the case you have very little time , somehow make your parents buy you marpe.

got my braces off in november, wore active invsalign to fix bite, have always had trouble with tongue positioning for the reason you just said, hopefully ill be getting marpe
