MARPE / BRACES at 15 ?!? (GTFIH orthos)

Im 15 years old and had a palate expander at 12/13 then had braces for one year at 13/14. My orthos told me its enough and i took them off. I got a Mouthguard i wear at night which absolutely cruel and insufferable.

Ive been wearing it every other day but now i noticed at 15 my Smile is only 6 teeth wide which is in my opinion unaesthetic, then i have eyebags which indicates bad Undereye support. I snore at night when i dont wear my mouth guard, and cant breath really good while doing sports exmple jogging and stuff. btw i meassured my molars and thr distance was 44mm or 45mm. but as said my frontal teeth are a bit narrow maybe which cause the 6 teeth smile.

My Question is, what should i do i got a ortho appointment in a few Days.
Looking for advice or experiences.

bro im not trynna dox myself or stuff but i have a pic of my bite imprints that also proves this but its obv not the most exact measurement but still.
