Marpe + Braces

My parents are willing to get me braces, not marpe. They say I don't need it because braces will "fix" my problems. I have bruxism, tmd, I also have a palate which is 35mm, a very slight anterior openbite, also for the past year I have had trouble sleeping, like I wake up in the middle of the night 3-4 times a week, any tips on how to convince them? And do I actually need it?

Idk nigga go to a doctor and get a scan and see what you can qualify for
