MARPE CONSULTATION

DNR THIS (BACKSTORY)
I have had chronic breathing issues my whole life, always mouth breathed at night, drooled, wet the bed (sign of sleep apnea) and waking up sometimes short of breath, during the day I would have clogged nostril, either left or right but would still attempt to breathe through nose. I still use a Netti pot + 2 different sprays for nose during night
I have already gotten a consultation from an ortho but they didn't really outright tell me if I had a narrow palate or not (weird idk how to explain it)

What I need help with (is my palate narrow?)

yeah ur definitely in need for a palate expander from the photos u shown, do u have ur lower teeth tipped inwards or tmj issues, also what worked for me is to ask ai for areas around me that has orthodontists that actually can prescribe palate expanders and like that’s their job, not the daily extract and pull backwards crap, do that, then get their WhatsApp number and ask do u prescribe for patients with breathing issues, if yes, then js ask them what will likely happen if I do take a visit there I did exactly that now I just have to convince my parents to take me

yes my ortho and a surgeon would do it

because I have been told that if I get a palate expander, my face will look to wide
