MARPE effects on eye area?

does MARPE positvely effect the eye area in any way?
I recently saw a video of some before&after MARPE craniofacial scan although im not sure how it would look on an actual face, my infras are terrible and im wondering if there is any way marpe can reduce my surgeries from need infraorbital implants to just fat grafts
