Being an oxygencel is the worst.

I've barely turned and now everytime I breathe my lungs feel so filled, a nigga doesn't feel like he has asthma anymore, and my sleep felt shit but I was more refreshed

good question. i just tried it, and its SLIGHTLY worse. my left nostril was completely blocked though, and this is a drastic improvement.

yeah got the split yesterday and have been wearing the headgear since. we're doing an upward vector to help prevent some dropdown from the MARPE, and also try and get some CCW

its brutal though, i tried wearing it and last night and woke up with it off. my subconscious ripped this bullshit off for sum sleep

Don't they take certain measures to make sure asymmetries don't happen, like slowly expanding

maybe im estrogenic but he said my palate bone was thin and i split after 8 turns

did 1 every other day, last day i just did 2 cuz i was tired of waiting

yeah but even with slow expansion you could get asymmetries

you have to monitor for yourself, and they do CBCTs to check also

you can always turn back if you notice any too

nah just want a wider palate for a better FWHR, my brow ridge and uee are the only thing keeping me mog rn - once i sort out my lower third with this its wraps.
