38mm maybe less i used a piece of paper and marked it with my nails where my intermolars where then mesured it its def less not more tho i think my ortho has talked abt marpe because my mom thgt i was getting it like a few months into braces but i got a bite plate so i could get braces on my bottom teeth

With a narrow palate ?
Rare case
But if so
Make sure the narroness is skeletal
Not dental
If confirmed then discuss with ortho maybe slight expansion will give even better zygos
