Marpe for facial aestethics?

marpe vs sarpe
is it worth it to do marpe for the small zygo effect/midface expansion or just go with sarpe

also can sarpe give u aestethic benefits other than a better,wider smile

i want to do sarpe, i will have appointment when i get back home to my doctor, he says that sarpe does indeed give a little bit better zygo definition and will actually move your maxilla a little bit forward

i think its only soft tissue and skin changes that cause the zygo definition,while marpe pushes the zygos out
